OUR POLICIES AND COORDINATES:

Honesty and Confidentiality:

We are operating a business with honest practices.You can call or email to get a feel and ask for informations, as we try to answer the same day. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you (see policies below).
You can also be assured that all your personnal informations will be kept secure, confidential and will not remain on web or mail server or sold to anybody.

Ordering:

You can buy from us directly (International or if you do not have a local dealer):

Simply Buy Online
with your credit card OR your Paypal account. We work with famous PAYPAL security( NO need to register for a Paypal account if you pay with credit card). This way is totally secure as it goes through PAYPAL server security encription and no one will see or catch your credit card numbers.
Each time you add an item to cart, it is registered on Paypal HTTPS server and you finalize on their secure site.
Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
This one is our prefered way of transaction as it is the most secure and efficient. See Paypal info

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Paypal account for payment trough Secure Paypal services(sorry, no checks).

NO SALES TAX are charged to US customers

Shipping:
Orders for stock items placed by 1200 America eastern time will usually ship the same day. Build to order Electrical Panels usually ship in 48 hours.

US and Canada destinations:
We ship all unit orders to continental US and Canada destinations via USPS Expedited (5-10 days in USA)
or Express mail with an extra charge of $US10 for up to 3 pounds, 1.5 KG.(2-5 Business Days in USA)
Packages sent Express Mail within the United States take 3 to 10 days for delivery (excluding Sunday). Shipments can be sent to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. United States Postal Service (USPS) offers only limited tracking information.

International Customers (outside USA/Canada):
We can ship your international order via regular surface mail if you are ready to wait (20-30 business days).
In some countries, there is a maximum of $US100 insurance, which is the maximum you can get if your package is lost or damaged.
Size and weight restrictions vary by country.

We offer Express Air Mail with full insurance, for an additional $US40 (1.5 KG) and up for Most European, Asian countries.

Air shipping is not available for all countries and may be limited to $US100 insurance, which is the maximum you can get if your package is lost or damaged.
International customers will then generally receive AIR orders in 5-7 business days.
(this can sometimes be up to two weeks if there is a delay in customs).

NOTE: Please Note that your Country regulations, Customs, Duties, import taxes and under your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any overcharges or cost for returning unfit products.
Tracking an Order
Packages shipped by UPS and Fedex are trackable. If a valid e-mail address is provided, a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. Visit www.ups.com or www.fedex.com to enter the tracking number and check the progress of your shipment.

United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking information as they only scan the package when received and delivered. Visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number to check the progress of your shipment.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation, your order has not been shipped, the email address provided was invalid, or the email was blocked by your spam filter.
Return Policy:

Our goal is your satisfaction, therefore we offer the following:

If the Microlog product you purchased is unlikely defective within the first 30 days we will exchange it. After that, we will repair or exchange(at our option) your Microlog product according to the specific warranty.
You just return, shipping prepaid, the defective item to us, we will then ship a replacement to you at no charge (shipped regular mail to you).

You may also return, shipping prepaid, any new and undamaged (with original packaging) item to us for any reason within the first 15 days of reception and receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping.
If you installed the product and it is returned within 15 days with all packaging but with little damage or marks, we will apply a 10-25% restocking charge (valid in US and Canada only).
We are sorry, but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund after 15 days of reception.

In any case, you must first request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) first via email.
